What's Included
The charter price includes:
- A dedicated crew
- Personalized menu
- Breakfast, lunch and 3 course dinners
- All yacht operating expenses (fuel, water, cleaning, dockage, etc.)
- Use of all onboard water toys and equipment
- Cruising permits, national park fees, and all applicable taxes
The charter price does not include:
- Transportation to and from the yacht (flights, ferries, water taxis, ground transportation)
- Meals or drinks enjoyed ashore
- Third-party excursions or activities booked off the yacht
- Crew gratuity (15–20%)
- Special requests — premium wines, champagne, or specific gourmet food items — may be subject to an additional charge

Local Fare Plan $75/pp discount

2 lunches & 1 dinner ashore at guest expense.
Half-Board Plan $150/pp discount
Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners onboard.
3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at guest expense.
Need a Place to Stay Before Your Charter?
Arrive a day early and settle into your yacht the evening before your charter officially begins. Enjoy a relaxed evening onboard with welcome canapés and the captain's signature cocktails, then wake up refreshed and ready to set sail.

- Offered at 50% of the daily rate

Charter Length
Most charters are 7 nights — the perfect amount of time to explore everything the BVI has to offer.
5- and 6-night charters are available for those who prefer a shorter getaway.
Shorter trips may be available on request.
Arriving to the Yacht
Fly into Tortola, BVI (EIS) or St. Thomas, USVI (STT) and take a public ferry or private water taxi to Tortola.
We are happy to assist in organizing your transportation to the yacht.
Embarkation at 12 PM — step aboard and settle in with welcome snacks and the yacht's signature cocktails.
Disembarkation at 12 PM — enjoy a final breakfast onboard before we say our goodbyes.
What's On Board
Everything already waiting for you when you step aboard — so you can pack lighter and relax sooner.
Reef-Safe Sunscreen
Aerosol spray lotions are not allowed onboard.
Toiletries, Hair Dryers & Linens
Caribbean-made, eco-friendly, reef-safe shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are supplied onboard. Hair dryers, bath towels, beach towels, and all linens are already onboard — no need to pack them.
Power Outlets
All vessels have a 110V power system with American three-prong outlets, as well as USB outlets for small electronics in each cabin.
Music, Games & Entertainment
Connect to the vessel's stereo system via Bluetooth.
Each yacht carries a selection of board games and playing cards.
Some yachts have a flat-screen television in the salon.
What to Bring
Pack Light
Soft-sided luggage or a duffel bag — easy to fold and store since space is limited. Swimsuits and casual clothes are your best options, plus an outfit or two for dinner ashore.
Barefoot Policy
We encourage a barefoot policy aboard. If you prefer shoes onboard, keep a pair exclusively for use on the yacht. Recommended: flip flops, water shoes, and running shoes for shore excursions.
Bring Cash
While most bars and restaurants accept credit cards, some still only take cash — same for souvenir shops and certain tours. There are no ATMs on the islands, so bring enough cash with you.

A few more details to make sure you're fully prepared for your time on the water.
Seasickness
We suggest ginger Dramamine (available at almost any pharmacy) — take it daily during the trip, and for extra security, start two days before departure. An even better option: ask your doctor about a motion sickness patch worn behind the ear. You keep it on all week and don't have to think about it at all.
Fishing
A fishing license is required in the BVI for recreational fishing. If you would like to fish, let us know and we'll help in obtaining the necessary licenses. The yacht is equipped with fishing rods and lures for casual recreational fishing. Due to the risk of ciguatera fish poisoning in the region, we strongly recommend not consuming any locally caught fish.
Snorkeling & Diving
Every vessel is equipped with snorkeling gear for guests to use throughout the charter. Rendezvous diving excursions can be organized with professional dive operators. If scuba is important to you, please specify this when booking — some yachts offer it onboard, others through dive operators.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every charter. It covers unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
Crew Gratuity
At the end of your charter, it is customary to tip your crew 15–20% of the base charter rate. While entirely at your discretion, many guests choose to tip more when the crew delivers an exceptional experience. Consult your broker prior to your trip to inquire the crew's preferred tipping method (cash, checks, bank transfer, Wise, etc.).
Are Kids Allowed?
Absolutely — kids are welcome aboard. The crew is experienced at making charters special for guests of all ages, and the Caribbean is a perfect family playground. Let us know if you require any specific equipment and we'll help arrange it.

After booking, we'll guide you through every step to make sure your charter is perfectly tailored.
Preference Sheet
We'll send you a detailed preference sheet to complete for your entire group. This covers all food and drink preferences, allergies, medical conditions, preferred activities, and your preferred sailing style — ensuring every detail is tailored to your group.
Welcome Email — 30 Days Before Departure
Approximately 30 days prior to your trip, the crew will send a welcome email with all the important information about your journey — meeting points, embarkation details, local tips, and everything you need to know before you arrive.
Pre-Charter Video Call
If you still have any additional questions after receiving the welcome email, a video call can be arranged with the crew to go over any remaining details and ensure complete peace of mind before you set sail.
