Most charters are 7 nights — the perfect amount of time to explore everything the BVI has to offer. The minimum is 5 nights. Shorter stays may be available on request — just ask.

Your charter includes a private captain and chef, customized menus, all meals, snacks, and drinks onboard (see the dining options section below), all yacht operating expenses (including fuel, water, cleaning, and dockage), as well as the use of all onboard water toys and equipment.

Special requests, such as premium wines, champagne, or specific gourmet food items, may be subject to an additional charge at the yacht's discretion.

The charter price does not include:

— Transportation to and from the yacht (including flights, ferries, water taxis, and ground transportation).
— Meals or drinks enjoyed ashore at restaurants, bars, or beach clubs.
— Third-party excursions or activities booked off the yacht.
— Crew gratuity. While always discretionary, a gratuity of approximately 20% of the charter fee is customary for exceptional service.

We offer three meal plans (based on a 7-night charter):

Full-Board Plan — Great for guests who want a fully onboard culinary experience. 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches & 7 dinners onboard. This is the standard plan included in your charter rate.

Half-Board Plan — Ideal for guests who enjoy dining ashore. 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners onboard, with 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at guest expense. $150 per person discount.

Local Fare Meal Plan — A taste of Caribbean cuisine. 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners onboard, with 2 lunches & 1 dinner ashore at guest expense. $75 per person discount.

Yes, absolutely. Our chefs are experienced in accommodating a wide range of dietary needs — including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, vegetarian, vegan, and more. Just let us know your requirements when you book and we'll tailor every menu to you.

We're happy to recommend a hotel — or you can take advantage of the Sleep Aboard option. Enjoy a relaxed evening onboard before your charter officially begins. It's offered at 50% of the daily rate, with boarding after 4:00 PM. Includes snacks, welcome cocktails, and a continental breakfast the next morning. Dinner ashore is at guest expense. Sleep Aboard is not available during Christmas and New Year's weeks.

Luggage: Soft-sided luggage or a duffel bag is preferred — these are easy to fold and store since space is limited aboard. Pack lightly! Swimsuits and casual clothes are your best options, plus an outfit or two for dinner ashore.

Shoes: We promote a barefoot policy aboard. If you prefer to wear shoes onboard, please ensure they are for exclusive use onboard. Recommended: flip flops, water shoes, beach-friendly footwear, and running shoes if you enjoy walking or hiking excursions.

Sunscreen: Essential — and please look for reef-friendly labels, or products whose key ingredients are zinc or titanium dioxide. We want to be good stewards of these environments. No aerosol spray lotions onboard, please.

Toiletries: Caribbean-made, eco-friendly, reef-safe shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are all supplied onboard. You're welcome to bring your preferred brands as well.

Yes — hair dryers and all linens, bath towels, and beach towels are already onboard. No need to pack them.

All vessels have a 110V power system with American three-prong outlets, as well as USB outlets for small electronics in each cabin.

Yes — every vessel is equipped with snorkeling gear for guests to use throughout the charter. Rendezvous diving excursions can be organized with professional dive operators. If scuba is important to you, please specify this in advance when booking.

You can connect to the vessel's stereo system via Bluetooth. Each yacht carries a selection of house favorite board games and playing cards — feel free to bring your own as well. Some yachts have a flat-screen television in the salon.

Seasickness is something guests commonly ask about, and we have good remedies. We suggest picking up ginger Dramamine (available at almost any pharmacy) and taking it daily during the trip — for extra security, start two days before departure. An even better option: ask your family doctor about a motion sickness patch worn behind the ear. You keep it on all week and don't have to think about seasickness at all.

While most bars and restaurants accept credit cards, some still only take cash. The same applies to souvenir shops and certain recommended tours. There are no ATMs on the islands, so bring enough cash with you.

A fishing license is required in the BVI for recreational fishing. If you would like to fish during your charter, simply let us know and we'll arrange the necessary licenses for you.

The yacht is equipped with a few fishing rods and an assortment of lures for casual recreational fishing. However, due to the risk of ciguatera fish poisoning in the region, we strongly recommend not consuming any locally caught fish.

Boarding and departure are at 12:00 PM. The crew will welcome you with snacks and the captain's signature cocktails.

Your vacation onboard begins at 4:00 PM, where you'll be greeted with welcome canapés and the captain's renowned Painkillers. Once settled into your cabins, you have the option to enjoy dinner at one of the marina's restaurants (dinner ashore at guest expense). The following morning, we serve a delightful light breakfast before setting off to a new destination.

It is customary in the yachting industry to tip the crew at the end of your charter. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and should reflect the level of service provided throughout your trip.

As a general guideline, 15–20% of the charter fee is standard for good to truly outstanding service.

Each crew may have a preferred method of receiving gratuities (cash, checks, bank transfer, Wise, etc.), so please inquire about the preferred tipping method for your specific yacht before your trip.

Absolutely — the crew assists guests celebrating special occasions nearly every week. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, milestone life event, or anything else worth celebrating, they have you covered. Just let us know in advance.

Some yachts offer scuba onboard, but many participate in rendezvous diving with professional dive instructors instead. If scuba is important to you, make sure to mention it when booking.

Absolutely — kids are welcome aboard.
